Cravista takes care of the data you share with us. Here is what we collect when you shop at ae.cravista.com, why, and how it is kept.

What we collect

Why we collect it

  • Order and contact details: to process and deliver your order, provide support, and keep you updated on its status.
  • Email (marketing): with your consent, to send occasional notes about new products and brand moments. You can opt out anytime.
  • Automatic data: to understand how the store is used, measure our advertising, and show relevant Cravista ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We never sell or trade your personal data.

Where it lives

  • Your order and account data are held in Shopify, which powers this store and maintains its own data-protection commitments.
  • Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant payment processors, not stored by us.
  • When we begin sending brand notes, email addresses will also be stored in our communications platform — a planned step.

Advertising and measurement

We advertise Cravista on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To measure those ads and reach people likely to be interested, we use the Meta Pixel — a small piece of code that records which pages and products were viewed, what was added to cart, and completed purchases, along with standard technical data (such as IP address, browser, and a cookie identifier like _fbp). This information is shared with Meta Platforms and processed under Meta's own data policies. We use the same pixel on this store and on cravista.com, so a visit that begins on the brand site and continues here is measured as one journey.

  • For shoppers in the EU, EEA, and the UK, these advertising cookies load only with your consent, via the cookie banner shown in those regions.
  • Elsewhere, they load when you visit; you can opt out through your browser settings or your Meta ad preferences.
  • We do not share your name, email, or payment details with Meta for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as accounting and legal requirements ask, and your marketing email for as long as you wish to hear from us. You may request removal at any time by writing to hello@cravista.com.

Your rights

You have the right to: know what we have on file, request a copy, request correction, request deletion, and withdraw consent at any time. For any of these, email hello@cravista.com — we respond within a reasonable time, typically within thirty days.

Children

The store is not intended for children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If you become aware that a child has provided us their information, please contact us.
